Affiliate program

01Who can be an affiliate

The program is by invitation: I, soykoru (KORU Live brand), an individual based in Colombia, choose who I invite. To take part you must be over 18, have a KORU account (the Google one you use on soykoru.stream) and accept these terms from My account. Being an affiliate doesn't make you an employee, partner or representative of KORU Live: you recommend on your own.

02How your code works

• I give you a code and a link (soykoru.stream/tienda/?codigo=YOURCODE). The buyer types your code when buying KORU Live Pro in the shop, or comes in through your link.
• They get your code's offer, which I choose and you can see in My account: extra days free, a discount on their first payment, or both. It works with any payment method in the shop. If they pay with a subscription, the extra days push back their next charge and the discount is for the first month only. If I change your code's offer, the change applies to new purchases.
• It only works on each person's first Pro purchase. It can't be combined with other codes or with the 7-day free trial.

03What you earn

• US$4 for each new buyer who buys Pro with your code and whose purchase is paid. It's once per buyer: their renewals don't count. If the buyer pays less than US$8 (for example, because of your code's discount), the commission is half of what they paid.
• You earn nothing for people who just open the app, use the free trial or buy without your code.
• Your own purchases and those of your other accounts don't count. A purchase made from the same connection you use your affiliate panel from, or from a connection that couldn't be identified, is reviewed by hand before I approve it.

04When and how I pay you

• Each commission stays on hold for 30 days. If in that time the purchase is refunded or charged back, the commission is voided. If not, it's approved.
• Once a month I pay what's approved if it adds up to US$20 or more. Anything below carries over to the next month.
• I pay you through the method you set in My account: in dollars via PayPal, or in Colombian pesos (at that day's rate) via Nequi or bank transfer. If your method charges you to receive, that fee is on you.
• You see everything in My account: how many purchases used your code and how much you have on hold, approved and paid.

05Taxes

What you earn is your income: declaring it and paying its taxes is up to you, under the law of your country. If the law requires me to withhold any tax from your payments, I deduct it and give you the receipt.

06Honest advertising (required)

• Every time you recommend KORU Live with your code, say that you earn something: for example with #ad or “paid partnership”. Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio asks for this in its influencer guide, also when the payment is a commission, and so do the advertising laws of many countries.
• On TikTok, turn on “Branded content” when posting videos with your code. Also follow each network's rules.
• Only say true things: don't promise features KORU Live doesn't have, or that someone will make money on their streams by using it.

07What's not allowed

• Spam: mass messages, repeated comments on other people's streams or unsolicited emails.
• Fake accounts, buying with your own code, or asking someone to buy so you can give them the money back.
• Pretending to be KORU Live, soykoru or TikTok, or using their logos as if you were official.
• Paying for ads with the word “KORU” or similar names.
• Targeting minors.

If any of this happens, I void the commissions that come from it and may close your code.

08Pausing or ending

You can leave whenever you want by writing to me. I can pause or end the program, or your participation, by letting you know by email. In that case I pay you what's already approved, unless it comes from something in section 07. If I change these terms, I'll ask you to accept them again in My account, and what you earned before is paid under the rules in place when you earned it.

09Your data

For the program I keep your email, your code, your commissions and payments, and how you want to get paid (encrypted; only I see it, to pay you). I never show you who bought with your code. If you delete your account, your code is closed and your payout details are deleted; if you have something approved and unpaid, write to me first. Everything else is in the privacy policy.
