Guarantee
Guarantee and refunds
Last updated: October 11, 2026 · This is a translation provided for convenience; if there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
How it works, in short:
- Try it first: KORU Live has a free plan that never expires.
- 7-day guarantee: if it doesn't work for you and I can't fix it, I refund everything.
- Cancel anytime: the monthly subscription is canceled with one tap in My account.
- If it goes down because of me, I add the days back; if the outage is long, you can ask me to refund the part you didn't use.
- Billing errors (double charge, wrong amount): I always refund the difference.
01Try before you pay
KORU Live has a free plan that never expires: you can use it on your real LIVEs before paying for Pro. I recommend trying it first with your game and your computer.
And if you want to try the full Pro, there's a 7-day free trial with card or PayPal: if you cancel it before day 7 from My account, you're not charged anything. The 7-day guarantee counts from the first charge, the one on day 7.
02Monthly subscription, no surprises
If you pay by card or PayPal (Paddle), your plan renews automatically every month for the same amount and Paddle emails you a receipt for each charge. You cancel anytime from My account: you won't be charged again and you keep what you paid for until the end of the month. If you pay with Wompi, each payment covers 30 days and you're never charged again unless you pay again yourself.
03Working guarantee (7 days)
If within the first 7 days after a payment what you bought doesn't work (KORU Live doesn't open or doesn't connect to your LIVE, or the map you bought doesn't unlock in your KORU Live), write to me and tell me what's happening. I'll go through it with you and:
- if I fix it, you keep using it and I add back the days you couldn't use;
- if I can't fix it within 3 business days of your message, I refund everything you paid for that purchase.
04Outages and bugs caused by me
- If KORU Live or a map stops working for more than 24 hours in a row because of a bug on my end, I add those days to your plan or access.
- If the outage lasts more than 7 days, or if I remove a feature or a map you bought, you can choose between extra days or a refund of the prorated part for the days you didn't use (in that case, that purchase is closed).
05Changes by TikTok, Roblox or the games
Sometimes a third party changes something (TikTok, Roblox or a game update) and KORU stops working with it. In that case I adapt it as soon as possible and compensate you with days in the meantime. If it can't be made to work again within 15 days, you can request a prorated refund for the days you didn't use.
06Billing errors
If you were charged twice, I always refund the duplicate charge in full.
07When it doesn't apply
- When you simply changed your mind after access was activated (see the Terms, section 5). That's what the free plan is for: try it first.
- Problems that don't depend on KORU: your computer, your internet, programs that block the keyboard, or penalties TikTok or Roblox place on your account.
- Use contrary to the Terms (resale, sharing the license, cheating, etc.).
- If I've already given you a refund before: the money-back guarantee can be used once per person. Compensation with days always applies.
08How to request it
- Go to My account with the account you bought with and, under “Your purchases”, tap Request a refund and tell me what's happening. You can also write to me at [email protected] from that email (a screenshot helps).
- I'll reply within 2 business days at most.
- Refunds are made through the same payment method (Paddle, PayPal or Wompi) within 15 business days at most. If you paid through Paddle, Paddle issues the refund to the same card or account. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or PayPal.
- When I refund a purchase, the access it gave is closed and, if it was a subscription, it's canceled (you won't be charged again). If it was a map, I ask you to delete its files.
09Chargebacks and payment reversals
If something went wrong, write to me first: it's almost always resolved faster that way. I respect your right to a payment reversal (Colombian Law 1480, article 51) in cases of fraud, charges you didn't make, something you didn't receive or that doesn't match what you bought. If you open a chargeback or reversal, I may suspend what that purchase gave you while it's resolved: if it's resolved in your favor, that purchase is closed; if it's resolved in the seller's favor, I restore the access you paid for (auto-renewal doesn't come back by itself: if you want to continue, you subscribe again).
